Designed by John Browning and originally designated as the Model 1910 by Fabrique Nationale, the Browning Model 1910/55 pistol features a steel frame and slide with an internally fixed barrel, a grip safety, a magazine safety, and an external thumb safety (known as the “triple safety). In 1955, the Browning Arms Company began importing this striker-fired, blowback-operated .380 ACP pistol built by Fabrique Nationale (FN) in Belgium. Importation stopped in 1968 and Belgium production ceased in 1969. This example serial numbered 619128 and manufactured circa 1966 shows 99% factory original finishes and a mirror bore and presents as almost new. Its hard rubber grips are in perfect condition. This diminutive pistol has two six round magazines and its original Browning soft case.
